  I have tested a camera that will be used in space for taking pictures of the sun. The test had to be run in a dark room using a laser as a light source. The light from the laser is similar to the light that comes from the sun. I had to use the camera to capture lots of images and make sure that they were all of a good quality.
  I have also tested circuit boards that will be sent into space. To simulate the rocket launch we use a shaker table to quickly shake the boards and check they will work after experiencing the vibrations of launch.
