  No, I didn’t. I had a so-called “Direct Entry” job, following my PhD. But I know many people getting in Rolls-Royce with an apprenticeship, or a graduate job. Both are good ways to get a job. They require passing a test and a set of interview. I think if you navigate their website, these routes to a job at Rolls-Royce are well explained.
