  I don’t think the Earth will, however if you mean population, i think we can only sustain so many humans on our planet, and we are seeing that it’s very hard to live in our society with so many people, there isn’t enough money or resources to go around, and in general we come up with a solution that works for 10 years and then it comes around to bite us. I can see the population contracting, whether we like it or not, due to scarcity of resources, probably in your lifetime
