Probably Beagle 2 or Rosetta. Both were extremely challenging in different ways. I’m still astonished how Rosetta managed to catch a comet after a 10 year flight in space. The calculations are mind boggling so hats off to the team that worked it all out. It made the design/analysis/manufacture look almost easy by comparison 😉
