Question: why did you become an enginer

Joe Shreeves answered on 25 Oct 2022:
I chose to become an engineer because at school I always enjoyed Maths and Physics and felt that engineering was the perfect combination of the two. It also allowed for some practical implementation of all the theory you learn in those subjects to create something useful. One of the best things about being an engineer is seeing the positive impact a design or project that you’ve worked on.

Since my child hood, I had strong interest in looking inside my stuff to understand how they work. As I grew up, I started to think about how to improve some machine or device. Eventually, that led me to engineering.
